The Pinon Collection is a small development of four new homes on Pinon St. in Buena Vista. Construction Update:

The project officially broke ground in the summer of 2024, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Buena Vista’s real estate landscape. From the outset, our vision for these homes was to create a modern mountain living experience with an eye for quality, style, and functionality. Designed to blend with the surrounding natural beauty, these homes offer a fresh take on contemporary design, while remaining true to the area’s laid-back yet adventurous spirit.

As the development nears completion, we’re excited to announce that major milestones have already been achieved. The framing and insulation phases have been completed, setting the stage for what promises to be beautiful, energy-efficient homes. With a solid structural foundation in place, our team has been able to focus on finishing the interiors, with drywall installation now in progress. This phase is where the homes start to come to life, and it’s thrilling to see the vision take shape as each unit gets closer to completion.

As a reminder, The Pinon Collection features two different models of home, one model is 1,828sf and the other is 1,902 sf. Both are an open living concept on the main floor with a powder room. Upstairs at each house has three gracious bedrooms, two full baths, and vaulted ceilings. The homes include a number of high-quality features such as in-floor radiant heating, environmentally friendly mini-split air conditioning, and are insulated and sealed with closed foam spray insulation.
