Meet the team
Andy has worked in real estate development for over 15 years with a focus on contemporary residential living. Previously Andy was the Senior Vice President of Development for AMLI Residential and has developed over 3,000 apartment units in the Denver Metro area, Chicago, and Seattle. Andy has a passion for real estate and loves taking projects from concept to completion. He focuses on providing desirable living spaces in exceptional locations while utilizing his expertise to bring projects in on time
Dan is a seasoned real estate professional with a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Colorado, Boulder. His expertise as a managing partner encompasses single-family home, multifamily, commercial, and land development. With a focus on building value and fostering strong relationships, Dan serves as a dedicated steward of all stakeholders throughout each project.
